Privacy Policy

Last updated: Sep 13, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and protect personal information when you use Vectorizer and its image-processing tools.

2. Information we collect

  • Account and contact information: such as your name and email address when you create an account or contact us.
  • Uploaded images: files you submit so that we can perform the requested processing.
  • Processing metadata: file name, selected tool and settings, timestamps, and job status.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, browser, device, security events, and basic service analytics.
  • Payment information: transaction identifiers and purchase status. Card details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored by us.

3. How we use information

We use this information to provide image processing and downloads, operate accounts and subscriptions, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, improve service reliability, comply with legal obligations, and generate aggregated usage statistics.

4. File retention and deletion

Uploaded and processed files are stored temporarily and removed automatically according to the applicable account category:

  • Anonymous users: normally 24 hours.
  • Registered users without an active subscription or credits: normally 7 days.
  • Inactive users with a payment history: files may be removed after 90 days of paid-service inactivity.

Retention settings may change as the service evolves. Download important results promptly because automatic deletion is permanent and files may not be recoverable.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We may share the minimum information required with hosting, analytics, email, payment, security, and processing providers; when required by law; or when necessary to protect users, the service, or our legal rights.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for sessions, security, language, and consent preferences. With your permission, we also use analytics cookies to understand service usage. You can review or change optional cookie choices through “Manage Cookies” in the footer.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

Registered users can use the privacy controls in their account. You may also contact us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

9. International processing

Our providers and infrastructure may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate measures to protect information transferred internationally.

10. Children

The service is not directed to children. If you believe a child submitted personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so that we can investigate and delete it where required.

11. Policy changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service, our providers, or applicable requirements. We will publish the revised date on this page and provide additional notice when appropriate.

12. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact our data protection channel at [email protected].

We handle privacy requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including Brazil's LGPD where it applies.
