1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the image vectorization service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

2. Plans and Products

The Image Vectorizer offers different ways to access platform tools:

• Access without subscription: free preview for vectorization and background removal; download in low resolution, one-time high resolution, or via subscription (per paywall)
• Platform subscription ($19.97/month or annual plan): unlimited use of included tools, subject to the fair use policy below
• Separate products: Batch CNC Tools Pro and Batch Print Tools Pro are purchased separately and are not included in the monthly or annual platform subscription
• Credit packs: when applicable, allow one-off use of tools without a subscription

3. Fair Use and Anti-abuse

The platform subscription offers unlimited use of included tools, subject to this fair use policy. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access, without proportional refund, in cases of:

• Excessive automation, scripts, or bots that overload infrastructure
• Use of multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or gain unfair advantage
• Unauthorized resale of the service or processed results at commercial scale
• Any use that compromises stability, security, or availability of the service for other users

4. User Content

By uploading images, you declare and warrant that:

• You own the rights to the image or have authorization to use it
• The image does not violate third-party rights
• The image does not contain illegal, offensive or inappropriate content
• You are responsible for the content you upload

5. File Retention and Deletion

Uploaded and processed files are temporarily stored on our servers and will be automatically removed after the established retention periods:

• Anonymous users (not registered): Files and processing records are kept for a default period of 24 hours (1440 minutes), after which they are automatically deleted from the system.
• Registered users without active subscription and without credits: Files and records are kept for a default period of 7 days (10080 minutes), after which they are automatically deleted.
• Users with subscription history or credit purchases who are inactive: For users who have been subscribers or purchased credits, but have not renewed or purchased new credits for more than 90 days, all files and processing records will be automatically removed.

6. Privacy and Data

Uploaded images are processed and temporarily stored according to the retention periods described above. See our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided without warranties. We are not responsible for:

• Data or file loss
• Unsatisfactory vectorization results
• Service interruptions
• Direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service

8. Intellectual Property

The generated SVG files are your property. You retain all rights to the original images and converted files.

9. Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after publication.

11. Refund Policy

This policy governs requests to return amounts paid for subscriptions, paid plans, and credit purchases made on the platform, without prejudice to consumer rights under the laws that apply to you.

• Cooling-off / right of withdrawal: for distance contracts where applicable law grants a withdrawal period, you may request cancellation and a refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the purchase date or the first subscription charge, provided the paid service has not been used in a material way (for example, purchased credits have not been consumed, or the subscription has not been used beyond reasonable trial use).
• Credit purchases: after the withdrawal period, we may consider refund requests for credits that remain unused, at our reasonable discretion and based on your account records, provided there is no sign of abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
• Recurring subscriptions: you may cancel future renewals using the options available in your account; amounts already covering a current period during which the service was available may be non-refundable unless required by law or agreed otherwise.
• Processing time: after a refund is approved, we will request a reversal through your original payment method. The time for funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer and may take several business days.
• No refund applies in cases of breach of these Terms, chargebacks or unfounded disputes after conscious use of the service, or when law or the payment processor prevents a reversal.
• Individual downloads: no refund applies to one-time individual downloads, as they are digital media. Refunds apply exclusively to subscriptions, as defined in this policy.

If any provision of this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer protection rules, the applicable legislation shall prevail.
