Use a focused workflow for conversion, stencil creation, or laser file cleanup.

Professional Tools for Precision Work

CNC Tools PRO offers a complete set of advanced features to optimize your vectorizations for CNC machines, laser cutters, and plotters. Get professional results with less rework.

DXF Export

Export vectorizations directly to DXF format with automatic layers: CUT for open paths and ENGRAVE for closed polygons.

  • • Compatible with standard CNC/Laser software
  • • Automatic layer detection
  • • Closed and open polylines

CNC Preprocessing

Complete image optimization pipeline: automatic threshold (Otsu), noise removal, edge smoothing, and intelligent binarization.

  • • Optimized automatic threshold
  • • Advanced noise removal
  • • Edge smoothing

Double Line Cleanup

Removes overlapping and duplicate paths, and consolidates adjacent lines to avoid redundant cuts and save machine time.

  • • Overlap detection
  • • Duplicate removal
  • • Line consolidation

Curve Simplification

Ramer-Douglas-Peucker algorithm removes unnecessary points while maintaining the general shape, optimizing cutting performance.

  • • Configurable tolerance (0.1-5.0)
  • • Reduces number of points
  • • Maintains visual quality

Optimized Cut Order

Automatically organizes paths: internal paths first, then external ones, minimizing cutting head travel.

  • • Internal polygon detection
  • • Nearest Neighbor heuristic
  • • Optimization by area

Stencil Mode

Creates automatic connecting bridges for internal areas, keeping pieces connected during cutting and preventing them from falling out.

  • • Automatic island detection
  • • Configurable bridges (0.1-5.0mm)
  • • Intelligent positioning

How It Works

1

Upload Image

Upload your JPG or PNG image through our vectorizer. To use CNC Tools PRO, you need credits or a Premium subscription.

2

Configure CNC Options

In the preview, enable the desired CNC Tools PRO options: preprocessing, line cleanup, simplification, cut organization, stencil mode, or automatic outline.

3

Choose Output Format

Select SVG for general use or DXF for direct use in CNC/Laser machines. The DXF format includes automatic layers (CUT and ENGRAVE).

4

Download and Use

Download the optimized vectorized file and use it directly in your CNC software, laser cutter, or plotter. Save time with fewer manual adjustments.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between individual use and batch processing?

Individual use:
You process one image at a time using credits (3 credits per PRO vectorization). Ideal for sporadic projects.
Batch processing:
Process up to 20 images simultaneously. Available only for Premium subscribers, with no extra cost per file.

How much does CNC Tools PRO cost?

For individual use: 3 credits per PRO vectorization + 1 additional credit if you download in DXF format. For batch processing: Free for Premium subscribers (included in the plan).

Does the DXF format work with my CNC software?

Yes! The generated DXF format is compatible with standard CNC/Laser/Plotter software, including LightBurn, RDWorks, LaserGRBL, and others. CUT and ENGRAVE layers are configured automatically.

Do I need to use all CNC Tools PRO options?

No! You can enable only the options you need. For example, you can use only preprocessing, or only double line cleanup. Choose what makes sense for your project.

How does Stencil Mode work?

Stencil Mode detects internal areas (islands) that would fall out during cutting and creates automatic connecting bridges linking these areas to the external polygon. You can configure the bridge width (0.1-5.0mm).
